Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with ZeroFluff AI. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you signed up for Pro or Studio for the first time within the last 14 days, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
- Applies to your first paid subscription only (one refund per customer)
- Applies to both monthly and annual plans
- Refund processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@zerofluff.ai.
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Unused hours from the current month remain available for 30 days after cancellation
- Auto-renewal stops immediately — you are not charged again
3. Failed Transcriptions
If the Service fails to deliver a working transcript because of:
- A private, deleted, region-locked, or members-only source
- An unsupported file format or corrupted upload
- A bug or outage on our side
…then zero hours are deducted from your quota and no refund request is needed.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are at our discretion (and usually denied) in the following cases:
- Outside the 14-day window on subsequent renewals (monthly or annual)
- If you violated the Terms of Service (account suspended for abuse, prohibited content, etc.)
- If usage indicates the plan was used in full before the request (e.g. exceeded 50% of monthly hours)
- Annual plans where the first 14 days have passed — instead, you can cancel auto-renewal so you are not charged again
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@zerofluff.ai with:
- Telegram account or email used for billing
- Date of the original charge
- Short reason (optional, helps us improve)
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Almost all issues are resolved in 1–2 emails, and chargebacks cost both of us time and money. Accounts with chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
