Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zerofluff.ai and the ZeroFluff AI Telegram bot (collectively, the "Service"), operated by X100 LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ZeroFluff AI provides AI-powered video and audio transcription, summarization, and content-repurposing tools delivered through a Telegram bot interface. Features include:

• Transcription of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and direct uploads in 100+ languages
• AI-generated summaries and viral breakdowns
• Automated Instagram carousel generation
• Visual context analysis (on selected plans)

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• You access the Service through your Telegram account; you are responsible for keeping that account secure
• One person or legal entity per account; sharing credentials is prohibited unless within an authorized Studio team plan (max 5 accounts)

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transcribe content you do not have the legal right to transcribe (copyrighted material without permission, private recordings without consent)
• Generate content for spam, harassment, deception, or illegal activity
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the system beyond the provided interfaces
• Resell or rebrand the Service without a written commercial agreement
• Process material that contains sexual content involving minors (CSAM), terrorist propaganda, or other content prohibited by US/EU law

4. Plans, Quotas & Billing

4.1 Plans

Current plans:

• Free — 3 hours of processing per month, 1 Telegram account, basic features
• Pro — $9.99/month or $99/year — 30 hours, AI summaries, viral breakdown, AI carousels, priority processing
• Studio — $29/month or $249/year — 150 hours, up to 3 team accounts, bulk processing, visual context AI
• Studio extra account — +$5/mo per additional Telegram account (max 5)

Pricing can change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate through the next renewal.

4.2 Billing

• Payments processed by Stripe in USD
• Subscriptions renew automatically; you receive a reminder email/notification 3 days before each charge
• Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period
• Unused hours expire and do not roll over to the next month (with a 30-day grace window for cancelled accounts)

4.3 Failed transcriptions

If the Service fails to produce a transcript due to a private/deleted/region-locked source or our technical error, no hours are deducted from your monthly quota.

5. Content Ownership

• You own the content you upload and the outputs the Service generates from it
• You grant us a non-exclusive license only to process and store your content as necessary to deliver the Service
• We do not use your content to train AI models

6. Intellectual Property

The Service itself (software, design, brand, documentation) is owned by X100 LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily limit features. We do not promise specific accuracy levels for AI outputs — transcription and summarization quality depends on source audio.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption)

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via the Telegram bot. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
